Our team designed a colorful, modern, and safe medical device body, provided easy access for changing gas cylinders, and ensured device mobility.

  • Design engineering process

  • The device consists of base frames that take all load on themselves, the head device with a sensor control monitor, an open place for gas cylinders, and the blue-lighted door.
  • The base frame is a standard aluminum construction profile. These tubes are easy to assemble and inexpensive. Also, they are lighter than welding tubes.
  • We added a door for easy access to the device interior and maintenance. The door has tough offset hinges installed on the frame.
  • For vertical stability, the product has an extensive bottom base that consists of a thick metal plate.
  • Even though it is a big device with huge oxygen and xenon cylinders, we made it mobile. The doctor or specialist can easily move it. The device can be moved and rotated via enduring design case handles and wheels with stoppers.

    The device has a user-friendly ergonomic design. Also, our team provided easy access for gas cylinder changing, came up with secure assembly solutions. That keeps the device in a safe and reliable functioning condition for a long-term period.
