Build Platform 2 & 2L with patented Quick Release Technology allows you to quickly and easily remove 3D printed parts from the build platform without tools in seconds. Streamline your post-processing workflow with instant and flawless part removals.

In contrast to the standard Build Platforms, the Build Platform 2 & 2L has a flexible print surface that allows users to instantly release parts. It also allows to print parts directly on the Build Platform without supports. As a result it saves material costs and makes post-processing of the prints faster.

Engineering tasks

  • Navigating the entire product development process, from the initial prototype (through EVT, DVT, PVT) to Mass Production (MP).
  • Creating the initial prototypes.
  • Estimating the COGS and planning for allocation.
  • Designing parts and assemblies, and maintaining data in CAD (using Onshape).
  • Selecting manufacturing methods and materials.
  • Optimizing parts for cost reduction.
  • Releasing ECOs using Propel.
  • Collaborating closely with the Testing Team to create a validation plan.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing DFMEA.
  • Working closely with the Manufacturing Team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
